I guess what it’s really about is noticing those who helped you get up. I’ve been feeling alone for a while. Alone at college, at home, friendless, everywhere. I felt like I had to grasp onto him or I’d loose everything. The only thing getting lost in the process was me.
Today I try to see what I’ve ignored for so long. People around me are not only not out to get me but they’re there to offer their support. The feeling still lingers, the loss is still there. What changed was my perspective of the future. The hope that I will one day be able to love without loosing myself.
